Legal Ownership
Our Kibaha Berea Adventist Institute (KBAI) is fully owned with the International Missionary Society, Union of SDA Church Reform Movement of Tanzania, and the General Conference of SDA Church Reform Movement, with headquarters in Cedartown, Georgia, USA.
Legal Ownership
Kibaha Berea Adventist Institute is situated at Kibaha Town Council, about three kilometers away from Kibaha main bus terminal, along the Kibaha /Bagamoyo road.

“To build academic communities of integrity, advance the quest for truth and knowledge through intellectual and personal honesty in learning, teaching, practice, research and service” Honesty is considered to be a foundation for the teaching and learning relationship. KBAI provides clear expectations about the responsibility of the college are as follows:

Trust
“Academic communities of integrity both foster and rely upon an atmosphere of mutual trust. The atmosphere of trust encourage and support the free exchange of ideas which in turn allows scholarly to reach its fullest potential” An honest approach to academic work results in a relationship of trust. Students can expect clear guidelines around expectations for work and behavior in classrooms, workshops, labs, and field placements. Students inspire trust by completing and submitting honest work and committing to the values of academic integrity. Spiritual Objectives
i.According to proverbs 1:7 the fear of the Lord is the begging of wisdom but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
ii. Understand that the Christian life is holy and that the Word of God teaches that we should be connected to the Lord and separated from the world.
iii. Be trained in the work of personal soul winning and be engaged in directing people to Jesus Christ.
iv. Possess a strong conviction that the harvest field is the world and that God plans is to go into the entire world with the gospel Mathew 28:19.
v.Recognize that it is the responsibility of every Christian to be actively involved in obeying the Great Commission by winning souls for Christ.
vi. Respect and appreciate men and women of the past who have served the Lord faithfully and have lived holy lives, handing down to us a great Christian heritage.
vii.Understand that no two Christians have the same ability or the same opportunity, but all equally need Christian as a personal Saviour

Academic/Educational Objectives
i. Understand SDA Church Reform Movement doctrines; know the history of SDA Reform movement Church and develop a working knowledge of men and women of the past who have identified with biblical Christianity.
ii. Obtain proficiency in scripture knowledge and understanding of how the truths of the word of God apply in daily life
iii. Understand and articulate the dominant subjects of Bible doctrine and demonstrate an ability to discern truth from error
iv Employ proper methods of interpretation in bible study and Bible teaching.
v.Write and speak the English language with clarity and competence Achieve a level of knowledge in general education comprising health, business, accounting, marketing, information communication technology and technical courses.
vi. Possess a level of skill necessary to perform duties proficiently in their selected field of study.
vii.Gain practical experience in the related Institute courses and make the connection between acquiring knowledge and applying it to life situations.
